How The Magic Happens

It all begins as soon as you schedule a laundry pickup from this site, our Facebook page, or via phone or email. A driver is alerted and will dispatch to your location at the appropriate time. We'll take note of any special requests and then email you a digital invoice. We'll transport your laundry to a processing facility where it will be sorted, washed, dried, folded, and packaged. Upon the scheduled delivery time, it will be delivered back to your location.

Special Requests

During the laundry pickup we will ask if you have any special requests. Don't be shy. We'll happily oblige when we can. Want us to use your favorite laundry detergent and softener? Provide it during the pickup and it will be used and returned. Want a nasty stain pre-treated? Not a problem. Want those designer jeans air-dried? We can do that.

Environmental

Without jumping on the "green" bandwagon, we'd like to say that we're an environmentally conscious company. We use efficient front-load washing machines with heat-pump dryers, the detergents we use are biodegradeable and irritant free, we recycle what we can, and we try to locally source supplies and materials when possible. You won't see us bragging about this on our main page or all over the sides of our delivery vehicles because we believe every company should already be doing such things without saying so.

My name is Matt. I'm the owner of Rapid Laundry, LLC. I have over 10 years of professional experience in processing laundry, wet cleaning, and dry cleaning. I'm currently the only delivery driver, so I'll see you soon!
